Definitely one of my best experiences at this restaurant! I have been here a few times, and my most recent visit reminded me that I need to come back more often. The Asian salad was seriously probably the best salad I've ever had. It was so fresh, there were so many different textures, and I absolutely loved that they had micro greens! The dressing was sweet, but not too sweet. I loved the peanuts and the edamame. I also added a protein of salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the portion was generous. I definitely will be ordering this again. Our service was really great as well.

I am officially obsessed with Edna's. It is so nice to find a unique, high quality restaurant that isn't out of this world expensive in Utah. The ambiance and vibe of this restaurant is so cute.. Our server was the absolute nicest and handled our large group so well. She answered all our questions and was just so friendly. The menu has a lot of diversity so there's something for everyone. Everyone in our group of 8 LOVED their meal. The only thing I didn't love was the skillet cookie- only because I think I was expecting a chocolate chip cookie and it was an oatmeal I believe. I would definitely recommend getting a reservation if you come on the weekend, but I've heard during the week isn't as busy. So good- we will be back!

Today was my first time trying Edna's and the restaurant was beautiful. The decor was so nice and gave the restaurant and amazing vibe! The food was really good. My husband had the meatloaf and it was amazing! The meatloaf was tender and the mashed potatoes were so creamy and the peas was a fresh pop of flavors. My sons had the kids penne and the portion was huge and the flavor was so good! I had the salmon blt and it was okay, but very fishy tasting (and i love salmon) as soon as it hit the table you could smelly the fishyness. While the food and vibe were great the service was not that good. It took a while to get greeted and the food didn't come out all together. Two meals came out and we had to wait 5 minutes for the last meal to come out.

Really nice little spot with some awesome food. Came on a Wednesday early evening, before the dinner crowd. Just us and another couple in the restaurant- not busy at all. Our server was nice, but very quick in leaving our table. Not a big deal, just always a nice touch when the waiter takes his time, especially when there's no one else in the restaurant. The bread they provide with the dipping sauce was really good. Would've eaten the whole basket but then I remembered I have a waistline. Ordered the peach lemonade - def recommend this. Free refills too. I ordered the meatloaf as the entree. Came with some mashed potatoes which had an interesting kick to them. Perfect portion, although I couldn't finish the mashed potatoes. I appreciated how clean everything was. Will try again if I'm in the area.

I've been worried that Utah has lost its food scene as it's so saturated with fast food and low quality restaurants. Edna's has changed my mind and is now one of my favorite locations in the entire state. I mean it. This place understands flavor, cuisine, and service. Karli was our server. Extremely kind and helpful to us first timers. She has a great attitude and you can tell she likes the restaurant. I heard her wish another table happy anniversary. We got the stuffed mushrooms, chicken, bacon, burger, and stroganoff. The complementary bread at the start has one of the best sauces I've ever tried in my life. I need the recipe. There's balsamic vinaigrette in there somewhere, which is my favorite, but it's a thick paste. It truly shook us to our core , so much so that we asked for more bread. I would recommend not doing this, because the portions are so big, but it is a testament to how good that is. The stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer is a must. $11 and a burst of flavor in each bite. Very hot served on a skillet. It taste like stroganoff in a mushroom. Chicken bacon burger is delicious. Big burger with tons of food if you are starving. We took it as leftovers. Great salted sweet potato fries. My stroganoff is visually stunning, and such a rare treat to see this dish done well. The steak sliced on the side is extremely tender and well cooked. I loved biting into those steak bites. The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the sauce and onions and sour cream all blend perfectly. As you dig into each bite, steam rises from the bottom of the plate. I'm sad we didn't get dessert, but that's because we ran out of room in our stomach. The skillet cookie looks really good. I mean it, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a while. I will be back. I'm tempted to try the whole menu on my next trip to Utah.
